We are pleased to welcome Olesja Andruhovits as Specialist Counsel, focusing on compliance, risk management and internal audit. She brings hands‑on experience from international finance and technology environments, helping organisations translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, workable practices that support business goals.
In her previous roles, Olesja has led integration and change initiatives, and has designed and implemented internal control, compliance frameworks and governance structures. She has built and strengthened compliance functions, drafted and rolled out policies and procedures, and coordinated stakeholders across leadership and operations in multicultural teams.
Olesja holds a BA (Hons) in International Business from the University of Kent, UK, and an ICA International Advanced Certificate in Compliance. She speaks fluently Estonian, Russian and English, and has working proficiency in Ukrainian.
Outside work, she enjoys the outdoors and sport, travelling, cooking, photography and reading.
