NJORD advised Ott Tänak, World Rally Champion, on the acquisition of Amserv Tallinn’s new Toyota dealership.
The transaction concerned a landmark real estate asset located in the immediate vicinity of Tallinn Airport. Developed by Capital Mill, the new dealership spans more than 12,000 square metres and officially opened on 1 July 2026. It is home to the largest Toyota dealership in the Nordic region.
The new centre brings together the sale of new Toyota vehicles, Toyota Professional commercial vehicles and used cars, as well as a full range of aftersales services. It represents one of the most significant investments in Estonia’s automotive market in recent years and provides Amserv with a modern, large-scale facility from which to offer customers a comprehensive service experience.
NJORD advised the client on the preparation of the transaction, the negotiation of contractual terms and other matters related to the transaction.
