Managing Partner Erik Salur is an attorney, whose main areas of expertise include corporate law, contract law, civil proceedings, and banking & finance. Erik heads the company law and M&A department at NJORD, advising companies at all stages of their operations, from the formation and expansion of a company to its possible liquidation, change of ownership, merger, restructuring and other company law issues. Erik also has considerable experience and thorough knowledge in the field of competition law.

Erik has graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tartu. His master’s thesis for graduating legal studies were in the subject “The possibility and necessity of evidence gathered through private surveillance in court proceedings”.
