Managing Partner Erik Salur is an Attorney-at-Law, whose main areas of expertise include corporate law, contract law, civil proceedings, and banking & finance. Erik heads the company law and M&A department at NJORD, advising companies at all stages of their operations, from the formation and expansion of a company to its possible liquidation, change of ownership, merger, restructuring and other company law issues.
