Olesja Andruhovits is a compliance and risk management professional with over 10 years of experience across the financial and technology sectors. She has held senior compliance and advisory roles in Big Four firms PwC and KPMG, as well as in leading financial institutions such as Nordea and Citadele Bank, and the technology company Salv Technologies. Olesja has extensive expertise in developing and implementing compliance frameworks, leading integration and change initiatives, and helping organizations navigate complex regulatory environments with clarity and efficiency.

She holds a BA (Honors) in International Business from the University of Kent (UK) and an ICA International Advanced Certificate in Compliance. Olesja is a member of the Estonian Internal Auditors’ Association (Eesti Siseaudiitorite Ühing). She is fluent in Estonian, Russian, and English, with limited working proficiency in Ukrainian.
