Raimo Klesment is a specialist at NJORD Law Firm, focusing on planning, construction and environmental law. His legal expertise is complemented by a university degree in landscape architecture, which enables him to provide competent support to clients and see opportunities in solving problems even in the most complex and specific challenges. His professional background and experience are also invaluable in the fields of public procurement and energy law.

Raimo has excellent knowledge and long-term experience in handling various planning and spatial planning projects. Before joining NJORD, Raimo worked as both a spatial planning consultant and a public official. In these roles, he was responsible for preparing plans, including leading the preparation, and carrying out the planning process. He has been involved in various complex real estate projects, often drawing significant public attention, such as plans for wind turbines, large-scale production and logistics objects.

Raimo has experience advising companies operating in regulated economic sectors, including matters related to competition law. He has also handled merger control issues on several occasions, assisting clients in mitigating legal risks and making strategic decisions.
