Lauri Liivat joined NJORD as an associate partner in the Corporate & M&A team. He has nearly 20 years of experience in this field, having spent the last five years at the law firm Sorainen. Throughout his career, he has advised on a wide variety of often complex transactions, including both international and local projects. His portfolio includes several significant transactions in Estonia and the Baltics. Lauri has worked closely with technology companies and advises both startups and investors. His previous experience strengthens NJORD’s position, especially in the technology sector, bringing innovation and strategic thinking to the team.
