NJORD Law Firm has successfully advised on the transaction whereby Milectria OÜ was acquired by HANZA AB. The transaction involved the acquisition of Milectria’s contract manufacturing division and includes operations in Finland, Estonia, and the United Arab Emirates, focusing on defence and industrial segments.
Milectria is recognised for its expertise in manufacturing electrical systems for military vehicles and weapon systems designed for demanding environments. In 2024, Milectria’s defence and industrial business generated approximately EUR 26 million in net sales and employed around 300 professionals.
HANZA AB is a Swedish contract manufacturing company specialising in mechanical engineering and electronics, listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm main list. The completion of this transaction is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
